Permit Application Process

Contact us using the contact form, call or email with your project details and enquiries.
Retain our services:
After the initial discussion related to the project, we will gather all the relevant information and provide the fees and timeline. We will then gather all the relevant information such as existing site conditions, applicable municipal zoning by-laws and building code requirements.
Design and Drafting:
We will then start the detailed design and drafting of your project and submit the first draft.
Revision and updates to the drawing:
After the first draft, we will make updates and revisions to the drawing based on your comments before submitting it to the city.
Permit application and submission:
Once you are fully satisfied, we will complete all required application forms and accompanying documents to make permit submission on behalf of the owner.
Permit issuance:
The city will issue the building permit after reviewing the submission and permit fee.
Construction:
Once the permit is issued, a contractor can begin work. All work must be carried out according to the approved permit drawing and pass all city inspections.
